We use Australia Post to deliver your order to you.

We use their services as they visit every part of our country, no matter how remote, although we agree that their pricing is higher than we would like!

Orders Within Australia - please allow 3-7 business days for Regular delivery although up to 3 weeks has been experienced recently; Express may be overnight dependant on destination

For orders sent Australia Post Regular Post, $8.50 is added for satchel cost;

For orders sent Australia Post Express Post, $10.85 is added for satchel cost.

Orders to our New Zealand friends - please allow 7-10 business days for delivery

All orders are sent Australia Post Regular Post, $12.75 is added for postage cost. Sorry, but we cannot send Express.

Orders Outside Australia and New Zealand - delivery times will depend on the country

Postage will be calculated on weight and country of destination.

Please choose your order carefully as we cannot accept returns for health reasons. If you order in error, please contact us by telephone or email (Contact Us page) and we will correct or cancel your order to your wishes. Any order posted then cancelled can be returned to us satchel unopened and a refund less our postage and handling will be repaid to your account.

Whilst we do not automatically send repeat orders, we can do if asked.... just call us (Contact Us page) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
